The Letter W

The letter W has always seemed suspiciously overengineered.

It is essentially two Vs welded together, given three syllables and sent out into the alphabet without adequate supervision.

This one-of-a-kind original drawing reimagines W as a towering biomechanical structure crowded with strange faces, tiny inhabitants, mysterious machinery and several components whose purpose remains classified. Look closely and the letter begins to disappear—replaced by an entire peculiar world quietly operating inside it.
